Dr. Maged Abdel Azim received his Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University in 1991, earned his Master of Economics in 1999, and completed his PhD in Economics in 2009 — with a dissertation on 'The Role of the Real-Estate Market in Supporting and Raising the Efficiency of the Egyptian Economy', supervised by the late Prof. Dr. Ali Lotfy, former Prime Minister of Egypt.
Dr. Abdel Azim works as Professor of Economics and Real-Estate Investment Expert, Institutional Development & Training Consultant, and Lecturer in HR Development and Self-Development — alongside membership of the Board of Directors and Quality Committee at October Higher Institute of Economics since 2014.
His teaching extends to senior state institutions: lecturer at the Higher War College and National Defence College of the Military Academy for Graduate and Strategic Studies, the National Anti-Corruption Academy of the Administrative Control Authority, and the Security Institute for Human Development at the Ministry of Interior — delivering his research expertise directly to the country's decision-makers.
